Hampton Inn Winter Haven

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was spotless with a king bed. There were central heating, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was just off restaurants and Legoland and grocery store. Furthermore, close to everything.

Outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing.

I loved how close the hotel was to both lake shipp park, perfect for a sunny walk, and several dining spots like red lobster and starbucks just a few steps away , made mealtime easy. As a solo traveler, the friendly vibes at breakfast was good.

So Much for Comfort

We stayed for 2 nights, and the location was the only good thing about it. Our room was super noisy, especially being right above the front door, and we couldn't get a good night's sleep. Found tiny ants in the bathroom! Breakfast was decent, though, so at least there's that.

nice stay with some minor improvements

The room was clean with neat towels that showed attention to detail. The ample parking and availability of both a pool and gym added great value to our stay as well.

The breakfast selection did not fully cater to our preferences.

We had a great 2-night stay with updated rooms and a delicious breakfast with options like make-your-own waffles and eggs. The pool was a nice touch too!

The staff treated me well, and the breakfast choices impressed me. My room, while facing some noise, offered a comfortable retreat. I appreciate the location near restaurants. A pleasant experience in Winter Haven.

not the best stay

The staff were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was plentiful but used cheap ingredients. Limited seating, so we went out. Elevator was down, and my dad had to take the stairs. Toilet was wobbly and the floors were dirty.

The outdoor pool was perfect. We also loved the free WiFi while planning our next adventure. It's worth it for the value you get during your stay. Highly recommend for a fun group getaway!

The only downside was the noisy air conditioning unit in our room, made it hard to sleep at times.

My kids wished there were more vegan breakfast options.
